* Team Leader (1 Position)
Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of experience. Must hold an Intermediate Expertise Certificate (Ahli Madya) in Construction Management.
* Water Supply and Sanitation Expert (1 Position)
Qualifications:* Bachelor’s or Applied Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Civil, Sanitary, or Environmental Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Must possess a Junior Expert Certificate in Water Supply or Environmental Engineering for Construction Services.
* Road and Building Structure Expert (1 Position)
Qualifications:* Bachelor’s or Applied Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Civil Engineering with 3 years of experience. Must hold a Junior Expert Certificate in Road Engineering or Building Structure Engineering.
* HSE / Construction Safety Expert (1 Position)
Qualifications:* Bachelor’s or Applied Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2 years of experience. Must possess a Junior Expert Certificate in Construction Safety (K3).
* Building Structure Inspector (1 Position)
Qualifications:* Bachelor’s or Applied Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with 1 year of experience. Must be a certified technician or analyst in structural building supervision.
* Pipeline Work Inspector (1 Position)
Qualifications:* Bachelor’s or Applied Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with 1 year of experience. Must be a certified technician or analyst in pipeline work supervision.
* Secretary (1 Position)
Qualifications:* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
* Administrator (1 Position)
Qualifications:* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with 1 year of project administration experience.
* Drafter (1 Position)
Qualifications:* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil, Sanitary, or Environmental Engineering with 1 year of drafting experience.
## General Requirements for Applicants

* Indonesian citizens devoted to God Almighty, loyal to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

* Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in accordance with the Follow-Up Action Plan (RKTL).
* Skilled in facilitating government apparatus and local communities across village, sub-district, and regency levels during the preparation, planning, implementation, and post-implementation phases.

* Fully willing to be stationed at the project site in Lumut Nauli Village, Lumut District, Central Tapanuli Regency, and reside in the designated work area for the duration of Fiscal Year 2026.
## Roles and Responsibilities Summary
Every team member plays a distinct role in achieving project milestones. Below is an overview of the core responsibilities mapped to key positions:
Team Leader
* Directly report to the Commitment Making Official (PPK) to facilitate swift decision-making for restoration work and minor engineering tasks.
* Coordinate all experts and support staff while inspecting field operations to clarify contract specifications for construction providers.
* Supervise community socialization and assistance programs throughout the PKE implementation phase.
* Monitor progress schedules daily and recommend corrective actions to address any project delays immediately.
Water Supply and Sanitation Expert
* Apply construction service regulations, safety standards (K3), and quality control protocols.
* Manage the preparation and execution of commissioning activities for pipeline networks and sanitation facilities.
* Inspect sanitation and water supply sites, ensuring that contractors strictly follow engineering drawings and contractual specifications.
* Review work quantities, material testing results, and progress reports submitted by contractors.
Road and Building Structure Expert
* Oversee structural construction activities and manage safety compliance in line with environmental controls.
* Conduct commissioning preparations and operational tests for structural elements and building works.
* Verify structural design calculations, shop drawings, and material samples prior to field installation.
* Evaluate physical progress and issue formal recommendations regarding construction quality to the Team Leader.
HSE / Construction Safety Expert
* Enforce construction safety requirements to promote orderly execution across all project sites.
* Supervise the implementation of the Construction Safety Management System (SMKK).
* Coordinate with contractor HSE engineers to map workplace hazards, assess risks, and design preventive programs.
* Investigate safety incidents, maintain safety documentation, and ensure proper environmental monitoring compliance.
Inspection and Support Personnel
* Inspectors: Verify site readiness, review mockup materials, track daily progress, identify hazards, and report discrepancies directly to the technical experts.
* Secretaries: Manage correspondence, archive project documents, organize meetings, and streamline internal and external communications.
* Administrators: Maintain contract records, track incoming and outgoing data, and assist in monitoring milestone achievements.
* Drafters: Review engineering drawings, update blueprints based on actual site conditions, and ensure designs comply with safety standards.
