General Prerequisites
* Indonesian citizenship with a productive age profile (maximum 55 years old at the time of application).

Educational Background

* A Master’s Degree (S2) in conservation, forestry, natural resource management, ecotourism, sustainable development, project management, or related disciplines is strongly preferred.
Technical Competencies
* At least 10 years of professional experience in forestry, natural resource conservation, tourism management (specifically wildlife tourism), and natural resource governance, including cross-ministerial coordination and familiarity with climate change and environmental issues.
* Deep understanding of environmental service management and sustainable wildlife tourism concepts.
* Proven capability in drafting project documents, management plans, work schedules, budgets, logical frameworks, and monitoring-evaluation metrics.
* Familiarity with sustainable tourism standards, animal welfare protocols, visitor management, and responsible travel principles.
* Exceptional communication, cross-sector coordination, and leadership skills to drive multidisciplinary teams.
* Professional fluency in both spoken and written English.
