# Career Opportunity: Expert Consultant for Planning Document Development at Bappeda DKI Jakarta
The Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) serves as a vital pillar in the governance of Jakarta, acting as the primary body responsible for orchestrating regional development strategies. As a key support unit for the Governor, Bappeda ensures that all governmental planning processes are executed with precision and long-term vision. To support the upcoming cycle of strategic planning, Bappeda DKI Jakarta is currently seeking a highly skilled Expert Consultant to assist in the drafting of critical planning documents, specifically the Annual Work Plan (Renja) and the Strategic Plan (Renstra).
## Role Overview and Requirements
This consultancy position is designed for professionals with a strong background in policy, economics, or urban planning. Candidates must demonstrate not only academic proficiency but also the practical capability to translate complex data into professional government documentation.
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Physical and Mental Fitness: Candidates must be in excellent health to handle the demands of the position.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced competency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is mandatory.
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Regional and Urban Planning, Economics, Public Administration, or related disciplines is required.
* Core Competencies: Applicants must possess sharp critical thinking skills and the ability to perform high-level analysis. Proficiency in graphic design for report layouts is also required and must be substantiated by a professional portfolio.
## Experience and Professional Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running. Preference will be given to individuals who have a proven track record in public sector documentation and organizational strategy.
* Professional Tenure: A minimum of three years of relevant work experience is required.
* Specialized Experience: Extensive experience in drafting government planning documents is essential.

## Contract Details and Application Procedures
