## The Business Development Trainee Role
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Trainees. This role is designed for high-potential professionals who are ready to hit the ground running, spend time in the field, and drive tangible business results.
Core Responsibilities
Your daily contributions will be instrumental in the growth of our market presence. Key duties include:
* Strategic Sales Growth: Manage distributors to ensure consistent sales expansion and superior distribution coverage.
* Operational Execution: Support the Regional Sales Manager in executing comprehensive sales strategies, order planning, and meeting company targets.
* Field Presence: Dedicate 80% of your time to field activities, including staff coaching, performance monitoring, and ensuring operational excellence.
* Territory Optimization: Design and implement precise Journey Plans (PJP) and maintain tight control over territory management.
* Market Expansion: Proactively acquire new outlets across both General Trade (GT) and local supermarkets (MTI).
* Asset Management: Continuously track company assets to prevent loss and ensure maximum productivity.
* Data Analytics: Analyze market data to provide actionable insights that drive continuous process improvements.

Essential Qualifications
* Education: A Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.50.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates; candidates with a maximum of one year of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
* Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
* Technical Literacy: Exceptional computer skills, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and advanced Excel functions.

* Mobility & Licensing: Possession of a driving license (SIM A or SIM C) is preferred. Candidates must be willing to travel, work extensively in the field, and accept placement anywhere across Indonesia.
