1. Palm Oil Certification Manager
This strategic leadership role focuses on ensuring compliance with environmental standards and industry regulations across plantation operations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute annual palm oil certification work programs aligned with ISPO (Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil) and PROPER standards.
* Coordinate work activities and aggregate data for ISPO and PROPER reporting across relevant divisions.
* Oversee internal and external inspections, audits, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and environmental management protocols.
* Prepare and mentor teams through internal and external ISPO and PROPER certification audits.
* Review current legislation to ensure timely updates and strict implementation within departments.
* Maintain effective communication channels with both internal stakeholders and external parties.
* Deliver comprehensive reports and coordinate operational workflows with Regional and Head Offices.
* Candidate Specifications:
* Willing to be stationed at the Palm Oil Plantation in Merauke, Papua.
* Minimum Diploma-III (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Palm Oil Plantation, Environmental Science, or Forestry.
* At least 3 years of proven experience as a Palm Oil Certification Manager, or a minimum of 5 years as an Assistant ISPO Certification Manager (verified via work reference letters/paklaring).
* Possession of an ISPO Auditor Certificate (Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 11/2015 and/or No. 38/2020) is strongly preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of AMDAL, RKL-RPL, SMK3, and B3 hazardous waste management (relevant training certificates must be attached).
* Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

2. CPO Mill & KCP Supervisor
This supervisory position oversees processing plant operations, ensuring optimal mechanical efficiency and adherence to international manufacturing standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, and execute strategies to monitor CPO Mill and Kernel Crushing Plant (KCP) processing operations.
* Maintain accurate, detailed records of all operational activities within the mills and KCP.
* Investigate and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues within the facilities.
* Ensure the successful implementation of Halal certification systems, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, HACCP, and ISCC frameworks.
* Submit precise and regular operational reports directly to management.
* Candidate Specifications:
* Strong mastery of engineering principles concerning machinery and electrical systems in palm oil processing.
* Proficient in using AutoCAD software.
