## Career Opportunity: SAP Production Administrator (Surabaya)
PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk is currently seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated individual to join the production team as an SAP Production Administrator based in Surabaya. This role is pivotal in ensuring that manufacturing operations run with precision and that administrative data integrity is maintained at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging production activities with digital reporting, including:
* SAP Transaction Management: Executing end-to-end SAP transactions, including Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and managing factory material supplies.
* Resource Coordination: Proactively monitoring material requirements, handling production reservations, conducting stock opname, and maintaining fluid communication with the PPIC and Warehouse departments.
* Performance Reporting: Recording and analyzing operational data, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics, Daily Production Reports (LPH), and technical output data from filling, cartoning, and palletizing machinery.
Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience as a Production Admin or SAP Admin within a manufacturing environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with SAP software is mandatory; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are considered a significant advantage.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong data reconciliation capabilities, and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
