We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our Human Resources division as a Compensation & Benefit Staff at our Batang, Central Java location. ## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As our Compensation & Benefit Staff, you will play a vital role in managing employee rewards, payroll accuracy, and administrative efficiency. You will ensure that our dedicated team members receive timely and accurate compensation while maintaining compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Core Responsibilities Include:
* Managing end-to-end monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and overtime calculations.
* Administering employee benefit programs, including healthcare and statutory requirements.
* Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations (PPh 21) and social security programs (BPJS).
* Maintaining precise employee data and generating comprehensive HR reports.
* Collaborating with various departments to resolve payroll and benefit inquiries efficiently.
## Candidate Requirements

General Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, HR Administration, or related fields (exceptional fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
* Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of payroll administration, compensation frameworks, employee benefits, BPJS, and PPh 21 taxation.
* Operational Skills: Familiarity with attendance systems, overtime management, payroll computation, and HR reporting.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience utilizing HRIS or specialized payroll software.
* Personal Attributes: Highly detail-oriented, analytical, accurate, and deeply committed to maintaining strict data confidentiality.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities and strong problem-solving competencies.
* Industry Advantage: Prior working experience within the hospitality, tourism, or leisure industry will be considered a distinct advantage.
