## Role Overview: Production Operator
The Production Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes. We are looking for candidates who are disciplined, possess a strong work ethic, and are eager to contribute to a leading name in the Indonesian textile sector.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Must possess a minimum of a High School diploma (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) degree.
* Age Range: Applicants must be between 20 and 40 years old.
* Physical Requirements: A minimum height of 155 cm is required. Candidates must also not have any tattoos and must not be colorblind.
* Experience: While we prefer candidates with at least one year of experience as a Production Operator, we warmly welcome fresh graduates who possess the right aptitude and commitment.
* Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to function effectively within our team environment.
