## What is the Basic Mechanic Course (BMC)?
The BMC is an intensive foundational program designed to transform beginners into highly skilled technical professionals. We bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application, focusing heavily on heavy machinery and industrial electrical systems.
Our curriculum goes beyond standard instruction. By integrating the BINTALSIK (Mental and Physical Development) process, we cultivate technicians who possess both the mechanical prowess to overhaul complex engines and the mental resilience required to thrive under the intense pressure of remote mining sites.
## Core Training Focus
* Mechanical Systems: Deep dives into engine architecture, hydraulics, and power transmission.
* Electrical Fundamentals: Comprehensive training on heavy vehicle electrical diagnostics and circuits.
* Preventive Maintenance: Mastering the art of identifying potential failures before they stop production.
* Operational Safety: Strict adherence to safety protocols and site-specific hazard mitigation.
* Hands-on Practice: Real-world workshop simulations and field-based training modules.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this elite training program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) graduate (candidates with technical majors are highly encouraged to apply).
* Age Requirements: Must be between 17 and 22 years old.
* Physical Standards: Minimum height of 163 cm.
* Physical Fitness: Candidates must be in excellent physical and mental health. A history of serious conditions—including heart disease, asthma, bone fractures, or major surgeries—is disqualifying.
* Special Skills: Swimming proficiency is considered an asset.
* Passion: Demonstrated interest in heavy equipment mechanics or previous foundational technical experience.
