## Current Career Opportunities
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to fill the following roles:
1. Warehouse Planner
As a Warehouse Planner, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, balancing capacity and resource allocation to meet daily demands.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing inbound/outbound schedules, optimizing storage and manpower, monitoring inventory accuracy, and preparing performance reports.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree, 1+ year of experience in a planning role, and a strong understanding of logistics processes and continuous improvement.
2. Transport Planner
This role focuses on the seamless movement of goods, ensuring that our logistics chain remains unbroken from the warehouse to the final destination.
* Key Responsibilities: Validating loading documents, coordinating with transporters and security, monitoring TMS (Transport Management System) updates, and overseeing Proof of Delivery (POD).
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree, 1+ year of logistics/transport experience, and familiarity with transport management systems and documentation.
3. Administration Staff
You will be responsible for the precise documentation that drives our administrative flow, from sales orders to inventory reporting.
* Key Responsibilities: Processing purchase orders into delivery orders, handling sales returns, managing equipment inventory, and maintaining master data.
* Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, 1+ year of admin experience, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with SAP or WMS.
4. Equipment Operator
Safety and precision are at the heart of our warehouse operations. You will be tasked with the careful handling of goods and maintenance of equipment.
* Key Responsibilities: Executing inbound/outbound put-away and picking, ensuring "Good Warehouse Practice," and maintaining Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
* Qualifications: High school diploma/vocational degree, 2+ years of operator experience, and a mandatory Class 2 Forklift SIO registered with TemanK3.
5. Picker Checker
Attention to detail is critical for this role, as you will ensure that the right products reach the right clients every time.
* Key Responsibilities: Checking inbound goods, picking stock based on RF Scanner data, and managing warehouse feeder activities.
* Qualifications: High school diploma/vocational degree, 1+ year of warehouse experience, and willingness to work in shifts. Possession of a Class 2 Forklift SIO is a distinct advantage.
