Key Responsibilities
* Process Optimization: Conduct rigorous analyses and implement continuous improvements across all production workflows to maximize efficiency.
* Equipment Oversight: Monitor, evaluate, and maintain peak performance levels for all factory machinery and technical hardware.
* Technical Troubleshooting: Swiftly diagnose and resolve complex mechanical or systematic issues directly on the production floor.
* Documentation & Reporting: Draft detailed technical reports and maintain comprehensive engineering logs for future audits and improvements.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with production units, Quality Assurance (QA), and other related departments to streamline operations.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
* Industry Knowledge: Possess a solid grasp of modern manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings (Blueprint reading is considered a strong advantage).
* Soft Skills: Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
