## Open Positions
We are hiring for the following roles to support our operational growth:
* Management & Administrative: Branch Manager, Head Admin, and Administrative Staff.
* Operational & Logistics: Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Staff, Driver, and Helper.
* Sales Force: Sales Supervisor and Salesman.
## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure we maintain our high standards of service and operational efficiency, we are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Educational Requirements
* Management & Supervisory Roles: Minimum D3, D4, or Bachelor’s degree (for positions 1, 2, and 3).
* Operational & Support Roles: High School Diploma or Vocational School (SMK) graduate (for positions 4 through 9).
Core Competencies & Requirements
* Professional Experience: Previous experience in an FMCG distribution environment is considered a significant advantage.
* Licensing & Mobility:
* Candidates for Sales and Supervisory roles must own a personal vehicle and possess a valid SIM C driver’s license.
* Drivers must hold a valid SIM B1 license.
* The Branch Manager position requires a valid SIM A license.
* Leadership & Soft Skills: Applicants for leadership roles (1–4) must demonstrate strong management capabilities. All candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment.
* Work Ethic: We are looking for individuals who are diligent, honest, and hardworking. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes hitting targets and adhering to strict deadlines.
