## Open Positions and Requirements
We are currently hiring for several strategic roles to support our manufacturing excellence and commitment to quality.
1. PPIC Assistant Manager
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
* Experience: 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
* Key Skills: Mastery of production planning, MRP, inventory control, and supply chain management. Proficiency in MS Office, strong leadership, and adept at cross-departmental coordination.
2. Electrical Technician
* Education: SMA/SMK graduate.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year.
* Key Skills: Expertise in PLC fault diagnosis, maintenance, and the ability to interpret electrical diagrams.
3. Mandarin Translator
* Education: SMA/SMK graduate.
* Experience: 1 year in translation or electrical technical work.
* Key Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin. Fresh graduates with a strong work ethic and high self-initiative are encouraged to apply.
4. QC Staff
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in quality control.
* Key Skills: Must be fluent in Mandarin and possess knowledge of API Spec Q1, 5CT, 5L, and 5B. Familiarity with ISO 45001 and strong analytical thinking are essential.
5. Overhead Crane Operator
* Education: SMA/SMK graduate.
* Experience: 1 year in warehouse operations.
* Requirement: Must possess an active and valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi).
6. Technical Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year (internships included).
* Key Skills: Fluency in Mandarin, proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
## Management and Specialized Roles
7. Purchasing Supervisor
* Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience. Proficiency in ERP (Accurate), cost-reduction strategies, and knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001). Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
8. Marketing Staff
* Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience. Must understand CIVD, logistics management, inventory concepts (ERP/MRP), and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
9. HSE Staff
* Requirements: Diploma in OHS or Environmental Engineering with 3+ years of experience. Must be certified AK3U and familiar with JSA implementation, hazard identification (HIRADC), and safe operational standards.
10. ESG Officer
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or Business. Minimum 3 years of experience in K3L. Must have deep knowledge of ESG standards (GRI, SDGs, TCFD, SASB) and environmental compliance regulations.
11. Warehouse Supervisor
* Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in warehouse management. Must have mastery of inventory and logistics systems (MRP/ERP) and maintain strict adherence to API and ISO quality standards.
