Job Description
As a Production Helper, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities include:
* Supporting daily production activities in strict accordance with the Vision, Mission, and Core Values of PT Prakarsa Alam Segar.
* Executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while prioritizing workplace safety and health protocols.
* Maintaining a clean, orderly, and efficient workspace at all times to ensure optimal production flow.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within the Wings Group environment:
1. Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate.
2. Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
3. Skills: Must be diligent, agile, and detail-oriented.
4. Availability: Must be willing to work in a 3-shift rotation schedule.
5. Location: Must be willing to work at our facility in Pondok Ungu, North Bekasi.
