## Join Our Dynamic Production Team
Nipsea Paint and Chemical (Nippon Paint) is currently seeking motivated and disciplined individuals to fill the position of Production Operator. This role is vital to maintaining the operational excellence and superior quality standards that have defined our brand for over a century.
Core Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, you will play a hands-on role in our manufacturing excellence. Your daily duties will include:
* Operational Execution: Implementing production processes in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established quality benchmarks.
* Preparation: Organizing raw materials and necessary equipment prior to the commencement of production cycles.
* Equipment Maintenance: Operating and maintaining machinery according to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
* Quality Assurance: Overseeing every stage of production until goods are transferred to the Quality Control (QC) department.
* Documentation: Ensuring all production checklists and documentation are accurately maintained.
* Sampling and Logistics: Preparing and delivering paint samples for laboratory testing and readying finished products for customer distribution.
* Performance Monitoring: Tracking equipment efficiency and escalating any operational inconsistencies to management immediately.
* Compliance: Adhering strictly to corporate regulations and maintaining our Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
Candidate Requirements

1. Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMU) or equivalent.
