We are currently seeking dedicated and highly skilled professionals to join our expanding team across various operational sites in Indonesia.
## Current Openings: Mechanical Division
We are inviting applications for roles within our Mechanical team. Candidates must possess a minimum of four years of relevant experience in EPC Power Plant or Oil & Gas sectors for foreman and fitter roles, or one year of experience for helper positions.
* Foreman Positions: Mechanical, Millwright, Pipe Fitter, Rigger, Welder, Scaffolder, and Hydrotest.
* Technician Positions: Millwright, Mechanical Fitter, Pipe Fitter, Rigger, Welder, Scaffolder, and Hydrotest.
* Support: Hydrotest Helper.
## Current Openings: Piping Division
Our Piping division is looking for technical experts to manage complex installations. Applicants for positions 1–10 require a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Piping Engineering, while vocational graduates are encouraged to apply for positions 11–26.
* Foreman Roles: Piping, Hydrotest, Punch Team, Welder, Scaffolder, Rigger, Steam Tracing, and Painter.
* Skilled Trades: Pipe Fitter, Hydro Test Technicians, Punch Team, Pipe Welder, Plate Welder, Scaffolder, Rigger, Steam Tracing, and Painter.
* Support: Coater Helper.
## Current Openings: Structural Division
For our structural projects, we are hiring specialists focused on steel construction and support.
* Foreman Roles: Steel Structure, Scaffolder, and Rigger.
* Skilled Trades: Steel Structure Fitter, Scaffolder, Rigger, and Plate Welder.
* Support: Steel Structure Helper, Scaffolder Helper, Rigger Helper, and Welder Helper.
## General Requirements for Applicants
To ensure the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency, all candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical/Piping) for lead roles, or a Vocational High School (SMK) diploma for technical and support roles.
* Experience: A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the same role within the EPC Power Plant or Oil & Gas industries is required for senior positions. Helper positions require at least 1 year of experience.
* Professionalism: Candidates must demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, a proactive work ethic, and strict discipline.
* Communication: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
* Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at our various project sites located throughout Indonesia.
