Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Production Operator position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate or equivalent.
2. Marital Status: Single/unmarried.
3. Work Ethic: Highly motivated, proactive, and a strong work ethic.
4. Personal Attributes: Possess a professional appearance, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a positive personality.
5. Physical Condition: Must be in excellent physical and mental health.
6. Flexibility: Prepared to work in a rotating shift schedule.
7. Experience: Prior hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
8. Residency: Candidates residing in Cibitung or the surrounding Bekasi areas will be prioritized.
