## Key Responsibilities
As an Environmental Enforcement Sanction Analysis Staff, you will play a critical role in upholding regulatory standards and ensuring corporate environmental compliance. Your daily duties will include:
* Compliance Analysis: Evaluating results from environmental inspections, audits, and monitoring activities to identify compliance levels and potential regulatory breaches.
* Sanction Management: Classifying violations and formulating actionable recommendations regarding administrative sanctions based on prevailing environmental laws.
* Systematic Documentation: Preparing precise evaluation reports, official records, and comprehensive documentation regarding environmental compliance findings.
* Corrective Action Monitoring: Tracking the implementation of corrective actions until every violation is successfully resolved.
* Database Management: Maintaining an organized database of environmental violations, resolution statuses, and supporting evidence for ongoing monitoring and reporting.
* Permit Review: Reviewing environmental permits, reporting obligations, and compliance requirements for both the company and its tenants.
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinating with technical, legal, and compliance teams to facilitate evaluation, coaching, and enforcement processes.
* Strategic Reporting: Assisting in the creation of environmental compliance reports for management and relevant government authorities.
* Continuous Improvement: Proposing enhancements to environmental compliance control systems and identifying strategies for risk mitigation.
* Ethical Integrity: Ensuring all evaluations and recommendations remain objective, independent, and strictly aligned with legal frameworks.
## Required Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of environmental governance. Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in environmental compliance, environmental auditing, legal compliance, or environmental governance.
* Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in environmental regulations, including permitting, wastewater management, emissions control, hazardous waste (B3) handling, and quality standards.
* Analytical Aptitude: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, regulatory documents, and audit findings to generate accurate reports.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with dashboarding or data reporting tools is a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to coordinate with diverse teams.
* Professional Integrity: High levels of detail-oriented precision, objectivity, and the ability to maintain strict data confidentiality.
* Adaptability: Capability to work effectively both independently and within a team, even under high-pressure conditions.
* Preferred Background: Previous experience within an industrial park, estate management, or tenant compliance oversight is highly valued.
