1. Management Trainee (Production)
The Management Trainee Program is designed to cultivate future leaders through a structured and comprehensive development curriculum. This role is ideal for high-achieving graduates looking to accelerate their professional growth.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.20.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Preference will be given to candidates residing in West Kalimantan who are willing to be stationed at the Tayan facility.
2. Quality Control Supervisor
This role oversees essential quality standards to ensure our production meets stringent international benchmarks. Candidates will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our chemical processes.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in Quality Control.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP software.
* Deep understanding of analytical principles, data processing, and lab instrumentation maintenance.
* Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
* Strong command of the English language.
3. Instrument & Electrical Engineer
We are looking for a skilled engineer to manage the complex electrical systems and instrumentation integral to our plant’s operations.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design, installation, and maintenance.
* Proven experience in testing and commissioning electrical systems.
* Proficiency in ETAP software and drafting electrical cost estimates.
* Expertise in troubleshooting 3-phase motor starters (DOL, INV, Star-Delta, Soft-starter) and power feeder systems (LV/MV).
* Strong knowledge of relay protection coordination and industrial health and safety (K3) protocols.
