## Role Overview: Warehouse Administrator
The Warehouse Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency of our supply chain. You will be responsible for the seamless flow of goods, maintaining rigorous inventory standards, and supporting the administrative backbone of our warehouse facility.
Core Responsibilities
* Inventory Receiving: Oversee the intake of products and verify that all incoming shipments strictly match our quality and quantity standards.
* Storage Optimization: Manage product placement following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles to ensure product freshness.
* Data Integrity: Maintain precise logs of all incoming and outgoing goods to guarantee that physical stock levels align perfectly with administrative records.
* Quality Control: Monitor the physical condition of stock to prevent damage and ensure optimal storage environment.
* Audit Readiness: Conduct regular stock opname activities and prepare detailed operational reports for management review.
## Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills and a proactive work ethic. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates, though individuals with at least one year of experience in warehouse operations are highly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel for data management and reporting.
* Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of warehouse inventory management systems and FIFO/FEFO methodologies.
* Personal Attributes: High level of accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Licensing & Logistics: Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a car.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 35 years old.
* Demographics: Male candidates are preferred, and priority will be given to applicants residing in or near the Serang area.
