1. Production Staff – Japanese Speaker (Code: MACO)
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to facilitate seamless communication and documentation within our production division.
* Manage, organize, and archive essential production documentation.
* Provide comprehensive support for internal and external compliance audits.
* Monitor and manage document life cycles, including the secure destruction of outdated records.
* Provide professional translation services between Japanese, Indonesian, and English.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Proficiency in Japanese, confirmed by a minimum JLPT N3 certification.
* Strong background in document control and office administration.
* Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
2. Quality Staff – P1 & P3 (Code: QA-P3)
We have openings for Quality Staff in our P1 and P3 sections. These roles are critical in maintaining the high standards expected by our global clientele.
* Conduct precise dimensional inspections using specialized measurement tools.
* Perform routine in-process and final product verifications to ensure strict conformity with customer specifications.
* Document and analyze measurement data to track quality trends and drive continuous improvement.
* Identify non-conforming goods (NG), investigate root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Partner with engineering and production teams to resolve complex quality concerns.
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Quality-related role within a manufacturing environment.
* Proven ability to operate precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges).
