## Job Vacancy: Site Officer Shift
PT Elnusa Petrofin is seeking a dedicated professional to fill the Site Officer Shift position. This role is integral to maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence across the company's extensive distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Management: Oversee and supervise the entire lifecycle of fuel receipt, storage, and dispatch operations directly at customer sites.
* Inventory Control: Guarantee continuous fuel availability aligned with customer requirements while strictly maintaining safe inventory thresholds.
* Reporting & Reconciliation: Conduct rigorous daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring, documentation, and reconciliation of fuel stock levels.
* Facility Maintenance: Manage bulk storage tanks meticulously, which includes volume measurement, strict product quality control, and facility upkeep.
* Loss Management: Identify, document, and investigate inventory discrepancies (gains or losses) promptly to prevent product loss.
* Process Supervision: Monitor the offloading process from suppliers and distribution to end-users in strict compliance with operational protocols.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with clients, transporters, and internal operational units to secure uninterrupted fuel supply chains.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in an Engineering discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in operational environments; highly motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
* Safety Awareness: Solid foundational understanding of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE / K3) protocols alongside field operations.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, inter-departmental coordination, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
* Work Arrangement: Fully willing to work on a rotational roster schedule in remote operational areas.
* Technical Competency: Proficient in data processing and report generation utilizing Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
