## Role Overview
The Registration Staff member plays a vital role in our regulatory compliance process. You will be responsible for ensuring that all cosmetic products manufactured at our facility strictly adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM). This position requires a professional who is meticulous, well-organized, and deeply familiar with the nuances of cosmetic product registration.
## Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the bridge between our production department and regulatory bodies. Your primary duties will include:
* Document Preparation: Compiling, drafting, and reviewing comprehensive registration dossiers for new product launches, renewals, and product variations.
* Regulatory Submission: Managing the submission of all documentation to the BPOM portal, ensuring that all submissions are compliant with current government regulations and internal company standards.
* Record Maintenance: Establishing and maintaining an organized, secure, and accessible filing system for all registered product documentation to ensure seamless auditing and tracking.
* Compliance Monitoring: Staying updated with evolving BPOM regulations and industry standards to maintain the integrity of our product portfolio.
## Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the technical knowledge to navigate the regulatory landscape effectively. Successful applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Professional Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a registration or regulatory affairs role within the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry.
* BPOM Expertise: Proficiency in handling BPOM registration procedures, including the ability to manage the online application process efficiently.
* Location: Candidates residing in the Tangerang area will be given priority.
* Added Value: A strong understanding of Halal certification requirements and documentation processes will be considered a significant competitive advantage.
