1. Warehouse Admin
The Warehouse Admin plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our logistics chain. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative flow of inventory to ensure efficiency in receiving, storage, and outbound shipping.
* Manage comprehensive warehouse documentation according to corporate standards.
* Ensure accurate recording of all inventory movement activities.
* Generate detailed daily reports regarding stock status and warehouse operations.
* Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any major.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in warehouse administration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* High level of attention to detail and organizational accuracy.
2. Staff QC (Quality Control)
Quality is the hallmark of Argon Group. As a Quality Control Staff member, you will be tasked with upholding rigorous standards to ensure that every product meets safety and efficacy benchmarks before reaching the consumer.
* Perform In-Process Control (IPC) inspections during manufacturing stages.
* Conduct comprehensive final product inspections.
* Execute stability testing and analysis for finished products.
* Perform quality analysis on incoming raw materials and packaging components.
* Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any major.
* Proven experience working as a QC analyst or inspector.
* Prior experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is highly preferred.
