## Career Opportunity: Quality Control Operator
We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Quality Control Operators. This role is pivotal in maintaining the world-class standards synonymous with the Daikin brand.
Core Responsibilities
* Inspection & Analysis: Conduct visual, dimensional, and specification inspections on incoming supplier materials based on technical drawings and datasheets.
* Process Improvement: Analyze inspection data and propose enhancements to elevate product quality.
* Reporting: Generate precise, timely daily inspection reports and defect logs.
* Verification: Evaluate and verify parts returned from production lines or field operations.
* Collaboration: Communicate directly with team leads regarding any material abnormalities or non-conformities.
* Compliance: Adhere strictly to corporate quality standards, Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations, and 5S principles.
Authority
* Exercise judgment in accepting or rejecting incoming materials based on established criteria.
* Determine final inspection outcomes in accordance with company quality standards.
## Qualifications and Expertise
To ensure operational excellence, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Experience: 1–5 years of professional experience as a Quality Operator (background in electrical/electronic, automotive, metal stamping, or injection molding industries is highly preferred).
* Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, LCR meters, and multimeters.
* Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and datasheets.
* Fundamental knowledge of electrical circuits, components, and soldering techniques.
* Competency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word, for reporting purposes.
* Physical & Academic Requirements:
* Good physical health with no color blindness (total or partial).
* Maximum vision correction of +/- 1.
* Strong mathematical proficiency as evidenced by educational transcripts.
* Must be willing to work on night shifts.
