1. Supply Chain Management (SCM) Administrator
Location: Head Office, South Jakarta
* Manage transporter invoices and delivery documents.
* Input and process data using Excel and SAP systems.
* Ensure the accuracy of vendor billing and facilitate handover to Finance departments.
* Administer vendor management tasks, including price comparisons, contract management, and vendor evaluations.
* Handle import documentation and coordinate payment processes with the Finance team.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in a relevant field.
* At least 1 year of administrative experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory; experience with SAP is highly preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under a third-party (outsourcing) contract.
2. Mill Operator
Location: Medan Factory
* Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Coordinate production team activities for optimal operational flow.
* Operate milling machinery and SCADA systems.
* Track raw material usage and report on production efficiency.
* Maintain strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Food Science preferred).
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operator or Foreman in the FMCG or flour industry.
* Capacity to work in rotating shifts and under pressure.
* Strong communication skills and a disciplined, professional demeanor.
3. Warehouse Checker
Location: Cilegon Factory, Banten
* Conduct shift briefings and ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
* Verify packing accuracy and complete production handover documentation.
* Maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory standards and generate Transfer Order Slips.
* Coordinate loading processes with Foremen and Forklift Operators.
* Execute fumigation orders and assist QA teams in verifying cargo.
* Minimum high school (SMA) diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in warehouse operations is a significant advantage.
* Competence in basic computer operation and Microsoft Office.
