## Career Opportunity: Field Operator (Chemical Plants)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our production team. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of quality and efficiency that define the APR brand.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence: Operate production machinery and equipment with a strict adherence to safety protocols and standardized operating procedures.
* Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor production outputs, proactively identifying and addressing any faulty products to ensure only the highest grade of viscose reaches our clients.
* Performance Tracking: Maintain precise, up-to-date logs of daily production metrics and technical parameters to facilitate data-driven manufacturing performance analysis.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively across various departments to ensure seamless operational flow and minimize downtime.
* Target Adherence: Follow rigorous manufacturing guidelines to ensure production remains aligned with strict schedules, volume targets, cost-control measures, and waste-reduction goals.
Candidate Requirements
