* Workplace Excellence: Strictly adhere to 5R (5S) principles—Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke—to maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
* Precision and Efficiency: Execute production tasks with speed and high attention to detail, ensuring every item complies with our stringent quality control standards.
