The Recruitment Staff plays a crucial role in driving operational workforce fulfillment through structured hiring schemes. This position manages high-volume recruitment cycles to ensure all regional operational areas remain fully staffed with capable talent.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to fulfill operational staffing needs via specific employment frameworks.
* Execute mass hiring campaigns and workforce fulfillment strategies tailored to various operational regions.
* Conduct talent sourcing, resume screening, administrative selections, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
* Coordinate with the Manpower Office regarding labor administration, regulatory compliance, and statutory obligations.
