The Universal Music Groove & Growth (UMGG) Program is a prestigious one-year developmental initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders. We are currently seeking five high-potential trainees to join our Finance, Digital Operations, eCommerce, and Strategic Distribution teams.
This program offers a tailor-made learning journey, providing you with the mentorship and hands-on experience necessary to fast-track your career. Our goal is to groom participants for key managerial roles within three to four years, placing you at the heart of the global music business.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who share our passion for music and possess a forward-thinking mindset. Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Recent graduates (within the last year) or students currently in their final university semester.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, natural problem-solving skills, a collaborative team-player spirit, and an entrepreneurial approach.
* Communication: Exceptional written and verbal proficiency in English.
* Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines.

We are currently recruiting for the following specialized departments:
1. Digital Operations
Focused on the technical side of the music experience, this role involves monitoring platform performance.

2. eCommerce
