## General Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:
* Willingness to commit to a full-time contract-based position.
* Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) in any field of study.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00) from an accredited institution (minimum B or "Very Good" accreditation).

* Willingness to be deployed in any BPJS Kesehatan working area, including specific cities or regencies.
## Specialized Criteria
* For Aceh (Regional Deputyship I): Applicants for Banda Aceh, Langsa, and Lhokseumawe are preferred to hold an Aceh provincial ID card.
* For Papua (Regional Deputyship XII): Preference is given to indigenous Papuans (OAP) with a minimum GPA of 2.76, a maximum age of 31 years as of December 31, 2026, and an unmarried status.
