1. Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant, you serve as a premium automotive advisor, representing the BMW brand with pride.
* Key Responsibilities: Deliver world-class purchasing experiences, build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, and drive sales performance to exceed targets.
* Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree. You must possess a professional demeanor, a genuine passion for luxury automotive engineering, and a valid SIM A driver’s license. Candidates should be target-oriented and willing to be placed at any of our branches.
2. Lead Product Genius
The Lead Product Genius acts as the heartbeat of our product knowledge standards, ensuring consistency across all locations.
* Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the Product Genius team, facilitate product training, bridge communication between the dealership and BMW Indonesia, and support showroom engagement activities.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in product specialization or automotive training. You must be proactive, an expert in automotive standards, and comfortable with travel.
3. Unit Administration Staff
Precision is the hallmark of our operations, and our Unit Administration team ensures every transaction is seamless.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage daily sales administration, oversee vehicle documentation (STNK/BPKB), coordinate with leasing vendors, and maintain accurate internal financial controls.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage strict deadlines.
4. Marketing Support Staff
This role is critical in maintaining the financial and operational integrity of our unit sales.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage accurate unit input, oversee petty cash and accounts payable, handle FIFO-based unit allocation, and maintain pricing and discount matrix accuracy.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Strong data processing skills and familiarity with ERP systems are highly valued.
