1. Team Leader: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; 20+ years of experience (YOE), with 10+ years in final design and site construction of ports and marine infrastructure.
2. Breakwater Engineer: Specialized in marine structures; 15+ YOE, with 10+ years specifically in breakwater design and two+ port design projects.
3. Jetties Engineer: 15+ YOE in civil engineering, with 10+ years focused on marine structure design and two+ port design projects.
4. Yard, Buildings & Other Infrastructure Engineer: 15+ YOE; expertise in land-based infrastructure for supply bases, including tank farms and fueling stations.
5. Mechanical Engineer (Design): 15+ YOE; 10+ years in mechanical equipment design for supply bases and port facilities.
6. Electrical Engineer (Design): 15+ YOE; 5+ years in electrical installation and distribution networks for ports/supply bases.
7. Geotechnical Engineer / Geologist: 15+ YOE; 10+ years in port projects, covering both marine and land-based structure design.
8. Hydrographical Engineer / Dredging Expert: 20+ YOE in marine surveying and dredging, with 10+ years in port design review and construction.
9. Resident Engineer: 20+ YOE; 10+ years specifically in jetties, breakwaters, and marine construction management.
Project Management & Specialist Roles
10. Contract Specialist: Bachelor’s in Contract Management; 20+ YOE in large-scale construction projects with proven FIDIC-based administration skills.
11. Planning Specialist: 15+ YOE in large infrastructure planning; proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project is required.
12. Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist: 20+ YOE; expert in environmental impact assessments, social initiatives, and mitigation strategies for port/infrastructure development.
13. IT Specialist (Design): 15+ YOE; 5+ years in supply base/port IT systems, including navigation and logistics technology.
Construction & Site Execution Roles
14. Jetties Engineer (Construction): 15+ YOE; 6+ years in port and marine construction management.
15. Breakwater Engineer (Construction): 15+ YOE; 6+ years in port and marine construction execution.
16. Yard & Infrastructure Engineer (Construction): 15+ YOE; 6+ years in port and marine infrastructure construction.
17. Building Engineer: 15+ YOE; 6+ years in commercial or infrastructure building construction.
