We are currently seeking talented individuals for the following roles based at our headquarters in the United Tractors New Building, Cakung, East Jakarta.
1. Tax Associate
This role is vital for maintaining fiscal compliance and integrity.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing PPh and VAT cycles, reconciling tax data in SAP, overseeing e-SPT filings, and supporting internal/external audits.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; familiarity with SAP and tax regulations is essential. Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
2. Purchasing & Importation Associate
Manage our complex global supply chain and ensure seamless inventory operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Handling price negotiations, monitoring vendor performance via OTIF metrics, and managing end-to-end import/export documentation, including customs clearance and duty planning.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields. Certification in customs/import-export is a major asset.
3. Technical Officer
Be the first line of technical defense in field engineering and troubleshooting.
* Key Responsibilities: Leading troubleshooting efforts, conducting site investigations with principals, and providing actionable repair recommendations to customers.
