* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
* Key Experience: Proven track record in research and innovation regarding hydrocarbon-contaminated land management, remediation, phytoremediation, mine reclamation, ecosystem restoration, and carbon management.
* Core Competencies: Ability to design research frameworks, execute small-scale experimental designs, perform rigorous qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and integrate research findings into strategic business operations.
