## Current Openings
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the following roles:
1. Internal Sales Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries, prepare sales orders and invoices, update system pricing, and support the external sales team with administrative tasks.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing/Engineering), 1+ year of sales admin experience, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
2. Continuous Improvement Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Implement Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S programs; analyze production inefficiencies; and support process standardization.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Industrial/Mechanical Engineering), 1+ year of manufacturing experience, and knowledge of 7 QC Tools and PDCA.
3. People Development Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Manage competency matrices, analyze training KPIs, and assist in developing talent development strategies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Psychology/HR Management), 1+ year of experience, and strong familiarity with LMS and assessment methodologies.
4. Production Supervisor
* Key Responsibilities: Manage shift-based production, monitor compliance with IATF 16949/ISO standards, and resolve technical production issues.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering), 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, and expertise in TPM, Lean, and 5S.
5. Production Engineering Supervisor
* Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of process engineers, conduct performance reviews, oversee technical project accuracy, and drive plant reliability initiatives.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical/Industrial Engineering), 5+ years of process engineering experience, and P.E. license preferred.
6. Engineering Process Manager
* Key Responsibilities: Lead the process engineering department, manage strategic budgets, provide technical authority for complex troubleshooting, and ensure operational excellence.
* Requirements: 8–10 years in process engineering (3–5 years in management), advanced expertise in simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS/ChemCAD), and strong project management skills.
7. Sales Supervisor
* Key Responsibilities: Develop sales strategies, manage the sales team to hit targets, analyze market trends, and foster relationships with key clients.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing), 2+ years of sales management experience (ideally in steel or manufacturing), and strong commercial acumen.
