## Logistics Operator Requirements
To ensure the highest quality of output and operational efficiency, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK). Backgrounds in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering are highly preferred.
* Professional Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial maintenance.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Ability to operate production machinery with a firm grasp of Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Foundational knowledge of preventive maintenance, including lubrication, visual inspection, and minor component replacement.
* Strong understanding of logistics workflows, specifically inventory storage and documentation.
* Operational Skills:
* Must hold a valid Class A Driver’s License (SIM A).
* Certified or skilled in operating a forklift.
* Proficiency in basic computer systems, including Microsoft Excel or manual inventory management software.
