## Open Position: Operation Development Program (ODP) 2024
We are currently seeking motivated candidates to join our team for the Operation Development Program (ODP) in early 2024. This program is designed to cultivate future leaders who can manage complex supply chain challenges with precision and innovation.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Possess a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Logistics Management, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management.
* Academic Performance: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Coordinator is preferred; however, high-achieving fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Documentation: Must possess a valid Police Record Certificate (SKCK) and both a valid SIM C and SIM A driving license.
