## General Candidate Requirements
To ensure operational excellence, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Age Requirements: Applicants for positions 3 and 4 must be between 18 and 26 years old. Applicants for positions 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7 must be between 18 and 35 years old.
* Education: A minimum of a high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
* Physical & Personal Standards: Must be in good health, disciplined, and possess a strong work ethic.
* Location Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to reside in remote areas where internet connectivity may be limited.
* Experience:
* 3 years for positions 1 and 2.
* 2 years for positions 5 and 6.
* 1 year for position 7.
* Mobility: Candidates for positions 1 and 2 must own a motorcycle.
* Marital Status: Candidates for trainee roles (3 and 4) must be single and remain unmarried during the training period.
## Training Program and Benefits for Trainees
For the Agronomy Foreman, Harvest Clerk, and Transport Clerk roles, selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive three-month training program. During this period, the following conditions and benefits apply:
* Service Agreement: Participants must commit to a two-year service bond upon successful graduation from the training.
* Document Security: Original educational diplomas must be submitted to the company for the duration of the two-year service bond.
* Monthly Stipend: A competitive monthly allowance will be provided.
* Full Facilities: The company provides free housing, electricity, water, and daily meals at the plantation site.
* Training Kit: All necessary supplies, including uniforms, sports gear, stationery, and learning modules, are provided by the company.
