## Job Role Overview: Production Operator
The Production Operator position plays a vital part in maintaining the seamless operation of the manufacturing floor. In this role, successful candidates will work directly with advanced processing machinery to ensure efficiency, safety, and high-volume output.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor production machinery, specifically thermoforming equipment, in accordance with company standards.
* Strictly adhere to established work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality.
* Prioritize workplace safety by following all health and safety guidelines on the production floor.
* Collaborate effectively with team members across different shifts to ensure continuous operational flow.
## Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent), with a vocational preference for Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering majors.
