* Experience Level: Open to both fresh graduates and professionals with up to two years of relevant work experience.
* Communication Skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
* Personal Attributes: High levels of initiative, analytical thinking, and self-motivation.
* Operational Readiness: Strong attention to detail, discipline, and a proactive commitment to occupational health and safety standards.
* Leadership Potential: Demonstrated experience in project management or active participation in professional or academic organizations.
