Required Qualifications
To be considered for the Field Operator position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Age: Maximum 27 years old.
* Education: Diploma (D3) in Chemical Engineering from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: 0 to 3 years; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Capability to operate pumps, compressors, and associated industrial equipment; ability to monitor and regulate plant processes, including pressure, levels, and temperature.
* Emergency Response: Demonstrated ability to handle and respond effectively to emergency plant situations.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
* Documentation: Possession of a valid Jobseeker card (Kartu Kuning) from the local Labor Office (Disnaker).
* Location: Willingness to be stationed and work at the Dumai facility.
