1. Internal Control Supervisor
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
* Key Skills: Proficiency in audit, compliance, and quality management processes. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities combined with fluent English communication.
2. GA Section Manager
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in a leadership role (Supervisor, Section Manager, or Assistant Manager).
* Key Skills: Expertise in operations, maintenance, and government-related liaison. Candidates must be Kaizen-oriented, demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, and possess a solid understanding of sustainable, eco-friendly practices.
3. Product Engineering Division Manager
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: 8–12 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
* Key Skills: Deep expertise in analog/digital circuit design, power supplies, EMC/EMI standards, and end-to-end product development. Candidates should be well-versed in sensor principles, embedded systems, and industrial quality standards.
4. QC Supervisor
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Physics Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
* Key Skills: Detailed knowledge of electronic relay and switch manufacturing. Strong background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and conducting process manufacturing audits.
5. Product Engineering Supervisor
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

* Key Skills: Competence in circuit design, schematics, and design validation. Prior experience in technical sales or B2B customer engagement is highly valued. Japanese language proficiency is considered an advantage.
6. Stamping Production Supervisor

7. Production Supervisor
