Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To ensure the highest standards of production and research, prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
* Experience: Previous experience in R&D or Analytical Development is mandatory for the Staff AD position.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of CPOB and GMP guidelines, alongside hands-on experience in laboratory workflows.
* Instrument Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to operate analytical instruments, including HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis Spectrophotometers.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, high attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and a disciplined work ethic.
* Flexibility: Availability to work in a rotating shift system.
