We are looking for motivated individuals to fill key operational roles within our facility. We pride ourselves on maintaining a rigorous safety culture and a high standard of operational excellence.
1. Production Operator – Cutting
In this role, you will be responsible for the precision processing of glass products while ensuring optimal line efficiency.
* Execute glass cutting procedures within the Cutting On-Line department.
* Oversee the organized packing of glass products.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance line performance.
* Adhere strictly to operational machine protocols and safety standards, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Complete all position-specific training programs.
* Minimum education of SMA or SMK.
* Proficiency in basic computer operations.
* Must not wear corrective eyewear and must not be colorblind.
* Must be physically prepared to work in environments characterized by heat, noise, and dust.
* Willingness to work in a shift-based rotation.
* Job placement is located in Cikarang.
2. Production Operator – Forming
The Forming department is critical to our manufacturing process, where raw molten glass is transformed into high-grade finished glass blocks.
* Manage the forming process to convert pulled glass into high-quality glass blocks.
* Monitor operational activities and mitigate factors that lead to product defects.
* Support the implementation of quality and environmental management systems.
* Engage in ongoing professional development and training within the production unit.
* Minimum education of SMK in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least one year of relevant professional experience in a similar production role.
* Basic computer literacy.
* Must not wear corrective eyewear and must not be colorblind.
* Capacity to perform tasks in hot, noisy, and dusty industrial conditions.
* Willingness to work in a shift-based rotation.
* Job placement is located in Cikarang.
