Essential Qualifications

* Age: Maximum 26 years old.
* Education: Minimum Associate’s degree (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field of study.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in a relevant administrative or maintenance support role.
* Language Proficiency: Strong Japanese language skills are mandatory; applicants must possess a valid JLPT certificate.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, a professional personality, and the capacity to perform efficiently under pressure.
* Availability: Must be able to join the team as soon as possible.
