This role is pivotal in maintaining our supply chain efficiency and managing client relations.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitor smelter loading conditions daily, manage invoices, track outstanding payments, and prepare comprehensive management reports.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (any major), proficiency in Mandarin and English, and at least 1 year of experience in sales, ideally within the mining sector.
2. Personal Assistant to the Director
We are seeking a highly organized professional to support executive operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage executive scheduling, handle travel reimbursements, draft professional correspondence, and act as the primary liaison for stakeholders.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Secretary, Law, or Communication. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with strong MS Office skills. Mandarin proficiency is highly advantageous.
