## Program Requirements and Qualifications
To ensure our future leaders are equipped for success, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban/Town Planning, Business Management, Marketing, or Law.
* Academic Performance: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.20.
* Experience Level: Recent graduates from reputable universities are encouraged to apply, as are candidates with no more than one year of relevant professional experience.
* Leadership Potential: A proven history of leading projects or receiving academic/non-academic awards is considered a significant advantage.
* Extracurricular Involvement: Candidates who demonstrate active leadership and participation in student organizations are highly preferred.
