## Current Job Openings
1. Quality Control Staff (Liquid)
The Quality Control Staff ensures that all premix operational activities adhere to strict quality regulations and internal standards.
* Oversee the mixing process and determine the status of premixes before storage.
* Document analytical results and generate semi-finished goods inspection reports.
* Manage and calibrate all laboratory equipment to ensure precision.
* Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for products that deviate from specifications and conduct root-cause analysis.
* Manage reagent stock levels and uphold 5R (Workplace Organization) and health and safety (K3) protocols.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Analysis, or Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Prior experience in a laboratory or Quality Control role within the FMCG industry.
* Familiarity with CPKB (Good Cosmetic Manufacturing Practices) and PKRT regulations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Cloud-based systems, and SAP.
2. Senior General Affair Staff
This role involves managing the daily administrative and facility operations that keep our company running efficiently.
* Coordinate facility management, security operations, and general administrative tasks.
* Maintain accurate inventory and procurement for office supplies, uniforms, and equipment.
* Oversee corporate licensing, import permits, and expatriate documentation in compliance with local regulations.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues promptly.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Civil Engineering, or a related field (GPA min. 3.00).
* At least 5 years of professional experience in General Affairs, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
* Expert knowledge of Indonesian business licensing and import/export regulatory requirements.
* Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. PPIC Staff
The Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Staff is vital to balancing production outputs with supply chain requirements.
* Execute sales forecasting and develop production plans to satisfy buffer stock and delivery requirements.
* Calculate material and raw material requirements for a three-month planning horizon.
* Coordinate the "First Production" release approvals with R&D, Marketing, and Quality departments.
* Ensure all operations align with ISO 9001:2018 and ISO 14001:2018 standards.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Management (GPA min. 3.00).
* Experience in a similar PPIC role within the FMCG sector is preferred.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP/ERP systems.
* Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and commitment to company goals.
