## Open Positions and Requirements
We are seeking dedicated, analytical, and forward-thinking individuals to fill the following roles:
1. Information Development Staff (Staf PSI)
* Responsibilities: Designing and maintaining supporting systems, evaluating development phases, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT (accredited A/Unggul). Proficiency in SQL, PL SQL, Java, and .NET. Strong understanding of modular programming and SQL query optimization. TOEFL score of at least 450.
2. Business Development Staff (Staf PUS)
* Responsibilities: Analyzing business requirements, drafting Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), and conducting training for internal/external stakeholders.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (GPA ≥ 3.00) in Math, Statistics, IT, Engineering, or Management. Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Fintech, or Capital Markets. Proficiency in data analysis and business process modeling. TOEFL score of at least 500.
3. Information Security Staff (Staf KSI)
* Responsibilities: Conducting cyber threat assessments, managing incident responses, and overseeing security technologies like SIEM and DLP.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science. 1–2 years of experience in IT security, network architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks. Certification (ISO 27001, Security+, CEH) is a significant advantage. TOEFL score of at least 450.
4. IT Network and Infrastructure Staff (Staf JTI)
* Responsibilities: Operating and managing KSEI’s network systems, providing technical support, and troubleshooting network disruptions.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science. Proficiency in configuring routers, firewalls, and switches. CCNA certification is highly preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. TOEFL score of at least 450.
5. Internal Audit Staff (Staf SPI)
* Responsibilities: Executing assurance and advisory audits, preparing comprehensive audit reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and ISO standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, or IT. 2–3 years of experience in internal/external auditing within the financial sector. Strong understanding of OJK and Bank Indonesia regulations. CIA, QIA, or CISA certification is a plus.
